Deb Googe is a English musician, known primarily as the bassist in the alternative rock bands My Bloody Valentine and Primal Scream. She was born on November 2, 1964, in Surrey, England, and started playing bass guitar in her early teens.

In 1986, she joined the influential shoegaze band My Bloody Valentine as their bassist. With the band, she has released three albums including the critically acclaimed Loveless (1991).

After leaving the band in 1995, she worked with several bands and artists, including Kevin Shields, The Jesus and Mary Chain, and Thurston Moore.

In 2012, she joined Primal Scream as their bassist for their album More Light. She has since performed with the band on tour and on their subsequent releases.

Deb Googe is widely regarded as one of the most talented bassists in the alternative rock scene and has a unique playing style that blends elements of punk, noise, and shoegaze music.
